Arch K. Schoch IV was born in High Point, North Carolina on April 4, 1940. Arch has been engaged in the practice of law since 1964, after graduating with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Arch practices Personal Injury Law, Medical Malpractice, Professional Negligence, and Condemnation. Arch’s bar admissions include: North Carolina, 1964; U.S. Court of Appeals 4th Circuit, 1967; U.S. District Court Middle District of North Carolina, 1964; and the United States Supreme Court, 1968. Arch was named Best Lawyers in America, 1983 – Present, and is a Fellow in the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and American College of Trial Lawyers.
